P90X

For those of you that do not know or have never heard of P90X, it is one of those metabolic training exercise CDs (that comes in a set of 12 with a variety of workouts of both cardio, and weights) that make you wonder, "Why am I kicking my own ass, especially at 4:00AM.
I used to get up between 4:00 - 4:30am, drink one cup of coffee, then grab me a tall glass of ice water, and let the ass kicking begin! At first I really did feel this had to be some kind of abuse, but after a couple of weeks, the fight was on! I found myself talking to the tv, "Come on Tony, show me what YOU got!" "What? You need another break...Pffft, girly girl!  Tony Horton is the personal trainer, and inventor of P90X.
After 4 months of working out to these videos, I had to take a break because of a fluke from an old car wreck  injury, landed me in physical therapy.
My point to this story is that, I am now back into this routine, and every freakin' muscle in my body hurts! I'm only a few days into it and I just push passed the pain because I know that the end result is going to be good. I really do enjoy working out, it makes me feel good, and look good, so the pain I get from it now will only add good things later.
